Job Profile

The purpose of this role is to support the engineer’s by carrying out and supporting the correct administrative duties in maintaining our product certification and conformity with standards, guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support in the development and maintenance of new and existing certification (experience not needed as we can support in training)
  • Complete and file applications for product approvals in the UK and overseas from the team.
  • Maintaining and enhancing 3rd party relationships for consultancy, testing and certification activities.
  • Liaise with the suppliers of raw materials and complimentary products to collect evidence of compliance with the applicable regulations.
  • Work with other departments to arrange test samples for submission to test labs.
  • Support and work with other parts of the RWC group on product certification and conformity.
  • Liaise with Engineering, affiliate and Production departments in support of product compliance with certification requirements.
  • Coordinate and support RWC affiliates in obtaining EU or UK certification.

About you:

  • · Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience in compliance and conformity within an industrial environment or laboratory (preferred)
  • Collaborative team player with ability to integrate across functional boundaries.
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Having strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • You can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie with superiors, peers and team members alike.
  • You are widely trusted and can present the truth in an appropriate and helpful manner.
