What We’re Looking For:
• We’re seeking individuals with a range of transferable skills gained through work, education, or everyday experiences. Ideal candidates will have:
• Practical skills with a keen interest in manufacturing and engineering.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A proactive approach to learning with effective problem-solving skills.

A Day in the Life
As an apprentice your shift will start with a safety briefing ensuring you are equipped with the knowledge to work safely and efficiently. You’ll spend time alongside experienced colleagues learning the ins and outs of equipment repair and maintenance.
Throughout your shift you will engage in hands-on tasks from troubleshooting machinery to collaborating with your team on various projects. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you address real-world challenges and your ability to manage your time effectively will help you meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Expect to participate in training sessions that will expand your knowledge and skills as continuous learning is a vital part of this role. As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility contributing to team meetings and sharing your insights.
At the end of your shift, you will reflect on what you’ve learned and how you can apply it moving forward all while enjoying the support of a collaborative team environment. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth!
