*This is a remote job covering Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Locations we will consider for the role will be Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.


Job requirements

POSITION RESPONSBILITIES

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the RWC family of branded products
  • Achievement of objectives agreed with the divisional Sales Manager
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • To participate in promotional activity, including exhibitions when required/trade counter demonstrations
  • To carry out merchandising of our products within the commercial merchant space
  • To seek to obtain and identify new business opportunities where possible
  • To nurture and develop a pipeline of business through effective project management
  • Effective Analysis of sales data to support the identification of new opportunities and understand any key deficits
  • To adopt a proactive approach towards targeting new customers through effective appointment making and maintain a diary
  • Expedites the resolution of customer issues and complaints
  • To maintain accurate data within the companies CRM system

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM advantageous
  • Good communication skills (written and Oral)
  • Ability to cultivate new and existing relationships
  • Knowledge of Distribution channels and demand creation
  • Solutions orientated approach
  • Strong sales skills – Overcoming objections and closing sales
  • Tenacious approach towards prospecting new opportunities
  • Results Driven
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • Higher level education
  • Good Numeracy skills
  • Proficient with Excel and MS Word

COMPETENCIES
Commercial acumen – Industry Knowledge advantageous

Driven Tenacious approach – KPI Orientated with proven track record

Strong Sales competency skills including effective questioning, overcoming objections and closing sales

Good Written and numeracy skills

Good understanding of distribution channels and demand creation

Ability to use initiative to support overcoming problems with solutions
